A $75 session, credited toward your build. This is where we confirm your goals, your scope and the right package, and where I prepare your final proposal.
Your proposal confirms the scope, timeline and payment schedule before work begins. A 65% booking installment reserves your dates, with the remaining balance split into two scheduled installments. Anything outside the approved scope is quoted before additional work begins.
I shape the site structure, creative direction, and content approach before anything is designed.
I design and build the site on the platform agreed in your proposal, whether Shopify, Wix Studio, WordPress or another, then refine it with you through structured review rounds plus final polish.
I complete final QA, connect the remaining launch essentials, and take the site live. Once launched, I hand over the finished site and your included support window begins.
Your package includes a post-launch support window for delivered work and reasonable platform questions. After that, optional Care Plans start at $150 a month for updates, maintenance and ongoing support.

Every timeline is an estimated production window in business days, counted from receipt of all materials and access.
Payments follow the schedule in your proposal: the remaining installments are charged automatically on their stated dates, with a courtesy reminder three days before each one. Payment dates do not move with review rounds, and the final installment is due before launch and ownership transfer.
Your production timeline begins once the required materials and access are in place, including platform access, imagery and any existing content needed for the build.
You don’t need polished copy before reaching out. Bring notes, existing copy or your discovery answers and I shape and complete the copy for your included pages.
A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback, delivered together, not an open channel. If feedback is outstanding for more than three business days, the production schedule may pause until it is received.
Revisions refine the approved direction. Requests that materially change the approved concept, architecture, functionality or creative direction are treated as scope changes. Any additional cost or timeline impact is confirmed before that work begins.
