How we work

Agreed up front.

Payment

Projects are paid in three scheduled installments: 65% when you accept the proposal and reserve your dates, then 20% and 15% charged automatically on the calendar dates set out in your proposal. The final installment falls before launch.

Revisions

Each package includes structured revision rounds plus final polish. Requests that materially change the approved direction, functionality or scope are quoted separately before work continues.

Timelines

Every timeline is an estimated production window in business days, counted from receipt of all materials and access. Delayed feedback may shift the delivery schedule.

Copy & product setup

You don’t need polished copy before reaching out; core page copy support is included in every package. Product allowances cover only the products I upload or configure. Research-heavy copy and large catalogs are scoped separately.

After launch

Every package includes a post-launch support window for delivered work and reasonable platform questions. Ongoing updates and optimization are available through Care Plans.
